Eligibility for Refunds
A refund request can only be processed if the account has been deposited but no orders have been executed by the client. In such cases, the client must provide a justification for the refund request. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the deposit. The refunded amount will be the full deposit minus any applicable fees, including but not limited to wire fees.
Processing Refunds
All refund and funding requests will be treated as withdrawals. These requests will be processed using the methods and procedures described in the Client Agreement and the General Fee Policy. It is important to note that Ventorus does not refund funds lost in trading.
Upon receipt of a refund request, Ventorus will process the refund within five working days. If the request is received outside normal working hours, the five-day period will commence on the next working day.
Account Opening and Documentation
From the date of receipt of the account opening application, clients are given a 15-day timeframe to provide the required information and documentation. Failure to provide these within the specified timeframe may result in the company declining the application and refunding the available balance using the same method used to deposit the funds.
Age Restriction and Termination
Ventorus offers its services only to clients over the age of 18. Registrations made by minors will be considered a breach of the Client Agreement, leading to the termination of the trading account. Any funds remaining in such an account will be refunded within 15 days of termination.
The company reserves the right to terminate any trading account in the event of a breach of the Client Agreement. In such cases, any remaining funds will be refunded within 15 days of the account termination. If a regulatory authority instructs the termination of an account following a suspicious transaction report, the refund will be subject to the relevant instructions of the authority. Any remaining funds will be refunded within 15 days from the termination date.
Additional Fees and Information Requests
Ventorus reserves the right to charge additional fees for any refunds processed, as detailed in the General Fee Policy. All refund requests are processed by the Back Office Department, but the time required for the funds to be transferred depends on the payment method used.
During the refund process, Ventorus may request additional information related to the refund request and the payment method. Clients understand and accept that such circumstances may cause delays in processing the request.
Policy Amendments
Ventorus reserves the right to review and amend its Refund & Cancellation Policy at its sole discretion whenever deemed appropriate. By using Ventorus’s website and services, clients accept the terms and any changes made to this policy.
